Your Story Here

Our Neighbours' Stories was first conceived by the great people at Post Bellum in the Czech Republic. The program runs there through the public school system, where students complement their study of history by conducting interviews with their neighbours on their experiences of major world events. Post Bellum has found that in the process of recording and developing the stories, great relationships are formed between the seniors and youth. We are aiming to replicate this outcome, while sharing the great diversity of life experiences Toronto and Canada has to offer.

We are building relationships with organizations of youth and seniors that want to participate in growing our story collection. And we want to hear from you as well.

We strongly believe that the more stories we can capture, the more powerful the impact of our collective story will be. Everybody has a story to tell. We are unique and we want to know each other.
